When you’ve already cornered the foodservice sauce market, where do you go from there?

E.D.SMITH® got their SAUCEMAKER® chefs hard at work creating cutting-edge menu solutions and they had to get the word out. The “FLYERS” maskot, Jack, was created along with this brochure to reveal their new FLYERS concept to restauraunts. The goal was to get more sauce on each plate!

This brochure involved photo directing a food photographer and stylist, and of course, all their sauces need labels. E.D.SMITH is one of the leading saucemakers in foodservice, from creamy to spicy to fruity, you’ve probably eaten their sauce when dining out.
