This was a product release eblast sent to all customers. Full of useful information, free tools and upsell options, it gave us the opportunity to see exactly what our customers were interested in so we would know where to focus our energies in the future.
Metrics were gathered on views, clicks and engagements which linked to our marketing automation software, Pardot. It allowed the sales team to know when and how their customers were interacting with the information so they could structure their conversations around their interests.
