One way In-House Solutions can increase revenue is to upsell complementary solutions to our existing customers. We would do this by inviting them into our office or to attend a webinar. Our tech team would present the product and would have the opportunity to answer customer questions by demonstrating in real time, which makes the sale easier.
Marketing automation was the perfect tool for this. Targeted lists allowed us to see who is most interested. Eventbrite/GoToWebinar linked registrations directly to contact records in our CRM. Nurture/drip campaigns after the event allowed us to send the recording out for review, and allowed us to keep the product top-of-mind.
