What TRULY resonates with your audience?
OMIA (Ontario Mutual Insurance Association) is a trade association that is comprised of 38 independent mutual insurance companies. OMIA provides branded marketing support for each mutual to use… but what creative and messaging would have the most impact with their audience? To find out we could have used online questionnaires or individual interviews, but we took it a step further with focus group testing.
A number of vastly different, mild to wild marketing concepts (shown as posters, PowerPoint presentation layouts, email marketing, online graphics, brochures, etc.) were created and presented to our target audience.
In the end, we had a clear winner which was packaged nicely and rolled out for the Mutuals to use with ease.
